ABOUT YOUR PRESENTER
KATE GROSVENOR - LIFE COACH
Kate Grosvenor lives in Yorkshire with her partner, 3 teenage daughters, 6 cats, and 3 horses.
She is a Transformational Life Coach, a former head teacher with a background in Psychology, and is a published author of psychology and lifestyle books as well as best-selling journals and planners.
Despite having a master’s degree, a bachelor’s degree, diplomas and more, Kate believes that the letters after her name are not the secret to her coaching success.
What matters is that she understands how you feel and has experienced so many heartaches in life – from growing up with an alcoholic mother, to being a survivor of domestic violence, battling bouts of depression, overcoming near-bankruptcy, life-threatening obesity, addiction to prescription sleeping pills, antidepressants, painkillers and more.
" I promise you it can be a freeing, natural transition once you understand it and make a few tweaks."
She coaches from a place of “I get how this feels, let me teach you how to make is so much better”. Kate, herself, is a self-confessed gratitude junkie, and leads what she describes as an unbelievably joyous and beautiful life.
Kate is a regular contributor on BBC Radio Sheffield and has been on both multiple local and national BBC Radio, as well being regularly featured as a writer in several magazines.
In 2020 she became an Honouree of the ATHENA International SCR Leadership Award and was nominated for Business of the Year too.
