This workshop is designed to support you to end food and body obsession, end binge eating, emotional overeating, yoyo-dieting or restriction.
My approach is integrative and takes a somatic, nervous system lens to support the women I work with to realise that recovery is not about strength or willpower, but rather about knowledge and safety. In Liberare I delve into the science behind why we might keep turning to behaviours that cause you distress and how to overcome this gently and tenderly, using the body as an ally, not an enemy.
I believe there is a gap in understanding why disordered behaviours can be so challenging to confront and change; but by creating awareness around this, you can stop blaming and shaming yourself and learn to open yourself up to other ways of coping, feeling and living.

Kate Grosvenor lives in Yorkshire with her partner, 3 teenage daughters, 5 cats, and 3 horses.
She is a Transformational Life Coach, a former head teacher with a background in Psychology, and is a published author of psychology and lifestyle books as well as best-selling journals and planners.
Despite having a master’s degree, a bachelor’s degree, diplomas and more, Kate believes that the letters after her name are not the secret to her coaching success.
What matters is that she understands how you feel and has experienced so many heartaches in life – from growing up with an alcoholic mother, to being a survivor of domestic violence, battling bouts of depression, overcoming near-bankruptcy, life-threatening obesity, addiction to prescription sleeping pills, antidepressants, painkillers and more.
She now lives a beautiful and joyful life and her passion in life is showing women, just like you, how they can create a life that is fulfilling and full of love and happiness.
"It's time to end the life long battle my darling, I get it it's so hard, but let's release it together so you can move on."
Kate grew up with an alcoholic mother and had a turbulent and often distressing childhood.
She coaches from a place of “I get how this feels, let me teach you how to make it so much better”. Kate, herself, is a self-confessed gratitude junkie, and leads what she describes as an unbelievably joyous and beautiful life.
Kate is a regular contributor on BBC Radio Sheffield and has been on both multiple local and national BBC Radio, as well as being regularly featured as a writer in several magazines.
In 2020 she became an Honouree of the ATHENA International SCR Leadership Award and was nominated for Business of the Year too.
wonderful women have to say about working with Kate...
You won't regret this workshop. The best thing you could do..... saw 36 years of pain and " why me " release from me in the most peaceful and healing way xxxx
Kate has a wisdom that few possess in addition to a unique view of people and the situations that they find themselves in. Due to these qualities, she is invaluable in helping people to find their way when life throws them challenges. Kate also has a warmth that makes everyone who crosses her path feel valued and special. I would highly recommend Kate’s coaching services.
This woman right here has transformed ME. Not my life, I did that bit hey Kate?!
Back in August I reached a point in my life where I knew I had to do something. I couldn’t get my head into anything, my self worth was ‘challenged’, I had stopped looking after ME, I didn’t know how to, and to be really honest I didn’t know who ME was anymore – I’d got a bit lost!
Enter this transformational woman. Phenomenal isn’t the word. In three months she has helped me discover so much about myself, she’s taught me and shown me how to love myself.
Only those who have experienced this will truly understand when I say that now, When I smile, it’s not just my face that smiles. My heart does too.
